Nestled between Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale, the Beach Club Hallandale is the tallest building in Broward County and home to 1258 of the most luxurious oceanfront condominiums in South Florida.

The Beach Club contacted Neuvio Architects to reimagine the public amenity spaces as part of a multi-million-dollar capital improvement project at this fifteen-year-old property. Improvements include stucco remediation, waterproofing upgrades, redesigned public spaces including tower lobbies, pool deck, health center, spa and restaurants.

Our team of collaborators, technicians and creatives navigated a very technical set of building issues and created and illustrated designs to garner approval from all the stakeholders, including management, the Board, the residents, and the City of Hallandale. One area most improved by Neuvio’s team was the 100,000 square foot pool deck. The updated design includes: a children’s’ water park, a mediation/yoga area, new cabanas, new windscreens, a new restaurant, new ADA circulation elements, new landscaping and new lighting.
