EVOLUTION OF A GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS

From Miami to Fort Lauderdale

When this global dairy company decided to relocate their worldwide headquarters from Miami to Fort Lauderdale, they returned to the architects who first captured their vision in Miami—Neuvio Architects. Having successfully translated their Italian heritage and hospitality-focused culture into their stunning 14,000 square foot Brickell suite, we were honored to be their architect for this next chapter.

The Fort Lauderdale relocation presented an opportunity for Neuvio to reimagine their workplace for the post-COVID era. While the original headquarters emphasized traditional executive offices, the new design champions connection and collaboration through expansive gathering spaces. At the heart of this transformation: an Italian-inspired piazza and private bistro that serve as the cultural center of the office, reinforcing the company’s commitment to bringing people together.

Two signature spaces define this new headquarters. The piazza, strategically positioned on the southeast corner to capture breathtaking South Florida skyline and ocean views, creates an inspiring venue for both casual interactions and company-wide gatherings. The executive boardroom, designed to accommodate 22 board members, features state-of-the-art video conferencing technology that seamlessly connects their global operations from this stunning Fort Lauderdale vantage point.

Drawing from our deep understanding of their culture—gained through years of collaboration with their CEO—we preserved the warm, organic elegance that defined their Brickell offices while introducing sophisticated updates that reflect their expanding global presence. The enhanced technology infrastructure now unites offices across continents, while the hospitality-inspired spaces we pioneered in Brickell have evolved to foster even greater collaboration and innovation.
