The Point of Aventura is located in the Waterways neighborhood of Aventura and is comprised of five residential condominium towers and waterfront townhouses on 36 acres of landscaped park area. This residential community has access to various luxurious amenities, including two oversized swimming pools, a waterfront social pool, a children’s pool, and play area.
Residents have enjoyed the property for over 20 years but like all condominium projects of this age, improvements are needed, not only to maintain the value of the condominiums but also to ensure the safety of the residents. Neuvio Architects created a master plan for a multitude of improvements to be phased over several years including, exterior public area lighting, landscaping, hardscaping, pool area

The first project will set the tone for the entire community, the Gate House at the main entry. Neuvio has created a concept that will forever change the arrival experience to The Point.
