Latin-owned luxury swimwear and resort wear brand Luli Fama sought to elevate their retail presence by reimagining the design of their flagship store at Dadeland Mall. The client wanted to capture the vibrant essence of their brand in a way that felt unmistakably luxury and distinctly Luli Fama.

The design challenge was to create a clean, upscale environment while allowing the product to take center stage. Drawing inspiration from Miami’s tropical paradise and natural coastal elements, Neuvio Architects developed a minimalistic, modern aesthetic anchored in natural materials—sand, beach, and earth tones—that complement rather than compete with Luli Fama’s eclectic patterns, bold colors, and daring cutout designs.
The result is a space where restraint meets glamour: a refined backdrop that amplifies the boldness of the merchandise while embodying the comfort and sophistication that defines the Luli Fama brand.
