Boca Raton Bungalow
Luxury Condo Remodel, Boca Raton

When our clients purchased this Boca Raton condominium, they saw past what was there; dated fixtures, tired finishes, and a floor plan that fought against the space rather than flowing with it. The unit had languished for years, its potential buried beneath layers of deferred maintenance and awkward decisions. But the bones were sound, the light was good, and the location was right. Everything else, we could fix.
The Boca Bungalow is the result: a complete reimagining of a coastal condominium, an exercise in texture, light, and the quiet confidence of modern design. Our clients wanted something relaxed, sophisticated, and unmistakably tied to the South Florida landscape just beyond the windows. Delivering that meant starting from scratch.

We began by rethinking the floor plan entirely. By consolidating and reorganizing, we carved out a master suite that finally feels proportional to the rest of the home, anchored by a walk-in closet and bathrooms designed around generous walk-in showers that transform the morning routine into something closer to ritual.
The material palette draws from the coast without resorting to the expected. Natural textures, blue and green hues, terrazzo, woven fibers, tactile stone, layer against clean modern lines and a festive color story. Every surface was chosen not just for how it looks, but for how it feels underfoot, under hand, in the changing light of a South Florida afternoon.
Behind the walls, the transformation runs just as deep. We executed a comprehensive upgrade of all building systems within the unit; mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ensuring the home performs invisibly and efficiently for years to come. It’s the kind of work that doesn’t photograph well but makes everything else possible.

What was once a neglected unit at the end of its useful life is now a home built for the next chapter. The Boca Bungalow belongs to our clients and their new puppy, who has claimed the sun-drenched living room as her own. It’s a space made for slow mornings, salt air, and the kind of living that feels like a permanent exhale.
