Relocating from Canada to South Florida, the clients sought a transformative entrance for their Miami Beach home, aiming for a statement of grandeur that would leave a lasting impression. The design solution for this Miami Beach home focused on creating a bold and impactful entrance that harmonized with the coastal environment while addressing the clients’ desire for a more pronounced sense of arrival.

To achieve precise coordination between the various custom elements—such as railings, LED lighting, and fountain features—we undertook iterative studies throughout the process. This approach ensured seamless integration of design components while optimizing both structural integrity and visual impact.

- Permanent on-site supervision and management
– Key elements included an 18-foot exposed steel cantilever with 2″ thick impact-rated fluted glass; serving both functional and aesthetic roles, custom railings, LED lighting, and two new 3-tier fountains, all supported by a newly constructed 8″ thick poured-in-place façade wall.
